Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or using Tripz ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. WHO CAN USE TRIPZ

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tripz. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. • You must provide accurate information when creating your account. • One person, one account — do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. CONTENT YOU UPLOAD

You own the photos, videos, and other content you upload to Tripz ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Tripz a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display Your Content to members of the trip you uploaded it to. You must not upload content that: • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing • Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right • Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence • Depicts minors in an inappropriate way • You do not have the right to share We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Tripz offers optional one-time paid upgrades for individual trips ("Premium Trip" at ₹199 and "Forever Trip" at ₹699). These are processed through Razorpay. • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). • Purchases are non-refundable once the trip has been upgraded, except where required by applicable law. • Any member of a trip may pay to upgrade it — not just the creator. • Premium trips expire after 6 months. Forever trips do not expire. • Free trips allow 30 photos, 5 videos, and up to 15 members for 30 days.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: • Use the app to harass, bully, or threaten any person • Attempt to access another user's account • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the app's source code • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the app • Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt the app's infrastructure • Use the app for any illegal purpose

7. TRIP DATA & EXPIRY

Content in free trips (photos and videos) is automatically deleted after 30 days. Premium trip content is retained for 6 months from the date of upgrade. Forever trip content is retained indefinitely. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to expiry. We recommend downloading important memories before a trip expires.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Tripz is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the app at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tripz and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your personal information is removed and your content is anonymised in shared trips.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
