Refund & Cancellation Policy

OVERVIEW

Tripz offers optional one-time paid upgrades for group trips. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

PRODUCTS

• Premium Trip — ₹199 one-time payment. Upgrades a single group trip for 6 months (1,000 photos, 150 videos, 20 members). • Forever Trip — ₹699 one-time payment. Upgrades a single group trip permanently with no expiry.

REFUND POLICY

• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the trip upgrade has been applied. • If you were charged but the upgrade was not applied to your trip due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days and we will either apply the upgrade or issue a full refund. • Refunds required by applicable law (Consumer Protection Act, 2019) will be honoured.

CANCELLATIONS

• There are no recurring subscriptions — all purchases are one-time only. There is nothing to cancel. • Premium trips expire automatically after 6 months. No action is required to cancel.
